hola tengo 16 años y bueno no se que hacer con mi persona es que soy muy timida cuando entre a la secundaria tenia pena de hablar y caerle mal a la gente por eso opte por no hablar y durante tres años no hable con mis compañeros , bueno solo si me dirigian la palabra y para decir presente, la unica amiga que tuve fue en otro salon yo estaba en el A y ella en el C y esperabamos los descansos para visitarnos por que en el primer semestre la pasabanos pegadas junto a la pared cuando fue la cena baile de graduacion fue HORRRIBLE luego pase a la prepa y tenia miedo de que ocurriera los mismo pero afortunadamente encontre unas cuantas amigas despues pase a segundo de prepa y nos cambiaron de salon y ahora solo tengo tres amigos, aunq sigo conservando las del año pasado y ademas tengo 16 años y no eh tenido novio eso me preocupa no quisiera quedarme para vestir santos estoy arta de mi forma de ser pero no se como cambiar, me gustaria saber si hay mas gente igual de timida q yo o soy la unica, si alguien me pudiera responder lo agradeceria

Y si no tuviste novio es posible que sea por la misma razon, por tu timidez y eso no te tiene que preocupar, mira yo tengo 17 años y estuve con algunos chicos, pero nunca de novia y yo antes tambien era timida y por esa razon deje pasar a varios chicos que me interesaban de lo cual ahora estoy arrepentida...
Te entiendo mucho como te sentis porque yo tambien pase una etapa en la que era muy timida, y la verdad no se bien porque pero cambie...creo que fue por cansarme de ser asi y no poder disfrutar de la adolescencia, que a pesar de que sea muy dificil y de cambios es una etapa muy linda que dura muy pocos años y tenemos solo una vez en la vida para disfrutarla!!

No hay nada de malo ser como eres, timidez nomas es una fase, yo tambien era muy timido, pero luego de encontrar un grupo de amigos que me llenan de confianza, a los cuales que todavia conservo, me volvi un delincuente(no un criminal pero empeze hacer cosas que antes no me atreveria, cosas malas y buenas xD)

Bueno a lo que vengo es que si quieres cambiar, solo hay una persona a quien se lo tienes que decir, y esa persona eres tu. Tienes que llenarte de confianza y perseverancia para llegar a tus metas, la unica persona que te detiene para alcanzar tus ideales eres tu misma. Muchas veces nuestra mente interactua mucho con nuestros sentimientos, a veces por temor, vergueza o simplemente al "que diran". Mi mejor consejo es ignorate a ti misma, si te propones algo cumplelo, nunca mirar atras y arrepentirte de lo que hiciste o no hiciste sigue adelante con paso firme, demuestra quien eres y de lo que eres capaz. Que solo tienes a ti a vencer.

Si sientes ganas de gritar, hazlo. Si te gusta un chico, daselo a conocer( no directamente pero dale senales, creeme que nosotros los hombres tamos muy tapados). Si sientes que algo no es correcto o estan siendo injustos contigo, levantate y defiende a ti y a los que amas(jaa asi me expulsaron de mi primer ano de preparatoria, un fulano ofendio a mi novia y lo sembre en el piso ).
